This page is to assist you with your self care. Self care is one of the primary tools we use to emulate and ground into the feeling and energy of Golden Lotus, and our sense of sisterhood. It’s really important for you to generate good Self Care rituals to hold yourself as you expand into your leadership, your availability to alchemise and hold space for others, and deepen into your spiritual journey through the path of space-holding and feminine leadership. Below you will find resources from the Orientation module of the Golden Lotus Practitioner Training to help you with understanding the ways in which we hold energy and vibration through our space-holding, voice, body, and how to manage your self-care rituals through this, and manage relationships during times of potential trigger or overwhelm.

Finding Support sisters
Holding circles - especially if and when popularity grows - can be a lonely and sometimes overwhelming task. This talk goes into depth around how to recognise, modulate, and understand the different relationships and needs which women who offer you support, or whom you may wish to invite to support may present to your conscious awareness and your journey of leadership.
