✨ What to Wear and What to Bring ✨
As with all somatic movement and yoga classes - you are invited to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. It can be fitted, yoga clothes, or loose, relaxed clothing if you prefer. Keep in mind that we will be doing movements, and while much of the class is resting and feeling, you will need to be able to move, spread your legs, stretch, etc. in what you are wearing. Consider this similar to a yoga class, in terms of what to wear and bring. If you have a favourite bottle of water, some crystals you would like to charge, or you have a pillow or blanket you love, all of these things are welcome.

✨ Course Content ✨
The classes are similar to any yoga or somatic class; they are practical movement based classes in which we learn about about the organ systems and then we drop into movement, breath, and space to work with the jade egg and our feeling bodies and integrating that into your physical bodies.

Golden Lotus practices illuminate specifically the ways of the golden nectar; our spiritual and sensual self cultivation techniques as taught by the ancient Taoist tradition. During these 5 classes we will explore the relationship to our spiritual, sexual and sensual health, along with our 5 layers of feminine consciousness rooted in our sexual reflexology - and techniques of the Jade Egg*.

These mystical, sensual, and spiritual practices cultivate your feminine essence and stimulate and balance hormone production.

They clear and activate the lymphatic system, as well as enhance sensuality and self awareness, self love, self acceptance and self respect. Through this practice we also inspire a state of deep yet active relaxation and receptivity for our own spirituality.
Each session will end with meditation, to integrate and elevate your experience.

This course includes a jade egg. The jade egg is valued at 33 BHD and if you already have a jade egg the price can be deducted from the course or it can be taken off a private session.
If you have a jade egg but no care manual, I can help with providing information on basic care and use for and with your egg.
