About the Work 
✨This 3 evening intensive is a deep look inside Golden Lotus. We will explore the whole of the Level 1 opus as described below over three unique workshops. I look forward to welcoming into the spiritual states that this beautiful female body holds.

3 Evening Intensive 3rd - 5th Jaunary 19:30 - 21:30 // 15th - 17th January 19:30 - 21:30
Day 1 ✨Opening the Kidneys & Du Mai; Initiation. Dai Mai Breathing and Liver Clearing.
Day 2 ✨Nine Flowers, Chong Mai Breathing, Spleen, Solar Plexus and Lymphatic System Blossoming. Activation of the Ren Mai and the Lung.
Day 3 ✨Heart and Cervix Activation, and Completion of Level 1 Golden Lotus.

This evening series is a condensed version of the 5 week series run elsewhere. We will explore the following topics over 3 intensive evening sessions. I look forward to welcoming into the spiritual states that this beautiful female body holds.

We move through the 5 zones of reflexology within the vaginal canal. We work with cleansing of each system throughout the series and we also activate the endocrine system and lymphatic systems in specific. We do this primarily through activating the pelvic region and awakening the sexuality and inhabiting the lower body (all areas innervated from the sacrum).
